DIGI-A-GO-GO! DIGITAL MEDIA IS A GO IN WYNWOOD THIS YEAR.

(‘Digi-a-GO-GO!’ is a multi-media art exhibit that is the new age Digital Salon) The exhibit will showcase experimental and psychedelic artwork by Brinson Renda, Preston Poe and M. River of MTAA, Ricardo Agudelo, Robert Lawrence, Kristen Anchor, Craig Coleman, Gerald Habarth, Scott Vollmar and many, many others.

“YouTunes”, a special performance project, will create custom songs for 99¢. All participants will receive instant recordings of their personally crafted songs on site. International DJ Special K and Murderous Rampage will provide live music. Live visuals performed by acclaimed VJ Dark Intersection.

This exhibit will display and focus on all things relevant to multi-media! Video installations, motion- graphics, composites, animations, print work & painting... inspired by the many facets of video art in general and its processes. The space will be filled with the ambiance of glowing light and heavily saturated with as much media (and music) as possible. This is the new age digital salon; a sweet chaotic brilliance fused with interactive showpieces & seizure inducing content!

‘Digi-a-GO-GO!’ will be shown in Wynwood, Miami from December 3d through December 12th. If you cannot make it during Art Basel, you can visit the exhibit after Basel until its last day, during Wynwood’s monthly Open Gallery Art Walk on December 12, 2009. Daytime hours are from 12:00 noon to 4:00pm. Nighttime events start at 7:00pm for Art Basel (December 3d – 6th).

Grand Opening is Friday, December 4, 2009. For the Closing night & Gallery Walk, we will be open from 7:00pm – 11:00pm.
